We began our business distributing the CATTINAIR brand, a manufacturer of vacuum systems and semi-automatic painting lines with rotary painting robots.

These painting lines are used for the continuous painting of wooden parts, mainly such as interior doors, kitchen doors, furniture parts, panels, etc.

These parts can be dried in a closed area with hot air by placing the parts on carts, or by drying with prior evaporation of solvent or water and final drying with infrared.

This type of installation is used for medium to high production rates.

There are many painting processes that can be automated to improve working conditions, increase production, cut costs, and be more competitive.

We design any type of installation with an overhead or ground conveyor, a paint application robot, a continuous manual application booth, or a humidity drying oven, polymerization oven, primer drying oven, or topcoat drying oven.
